This certification underscores his deep understanding of drone regulations and safe flying practices, enhancing our capabilities in aerial videography.    Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in video creation, production, and editing, along with skills in photography, graphic design, and audio editing. KLJ is providing topographic survey, environmental, concept development, site selection assistance, preliminary design, final design, bidding, and construction services for the project. We’re excited to announce that Cristian Encalada, PE an Electrical Engineer with KLJ’s Telecommunications team, recently earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota! The licensing process requires engineers to complete a four-year college degree, work under a professional engineer for at least four years, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from their state's licensure board.
