Drove 45 miles one way to store needed a charger for watch, store girl said oh we are out but we have this one I asked is this for a galaxy and gave her the galaxy watch. . "Oh yes" got home this was for a Apple Watch $52.00 and now need to drive 80+ plus to return. by the way NO SOCIAL OR MASK USED IN THIS STORE all customers and sales personal were within 2 feet or Less . this store has gone down hill with customer care. USE ONLINE SERVICES LESS EXPENSIVE

$245.00 vs $99.00 !!!!i came in to see about a screen replacement for my sons phone, and they quickly tried to dismiss me and try to tell me to go to a place that did screen replacements; i get it, they don't do screen replacements, ok great but they didnt even ask if I have an account with them or did if i had insurance on the phone, they seemed too busy and bothered to ask , i felt they didn't want to deal with me. i then told them does that place cover the screen replacement since i have insurance? they told me no, (me thinking)ok why would i pay 800$ in insurance for 3 phones a year then. they told me that you could file an insurance claim and pay 99$ FOR an ENTIRE new phone!!!! i called the other store they recommended and they said it would cost 245$ out of pocket for a screen replacement, verizon knew this the whole time!!! and they just choose not to deal with the whole situation, that's a big difference of money, especially with times being tuff rn, i've been a customer for over 13yrs now , but they made me feel like they had better things to do than help me and my son resolve our issue! customers beware!!!
